MAA Piedmont Park

I called this property looking for a 3 bedroom, unfortunately they didn't have any 3 bedrooms only 2. I spoke to a lovely lady named Maxine she was very patient with me , also very knowledgeable and professional, she also offered some alternative to me even to other sister properties. I have never had anyone do that for me. Because of her I am willing to make an appointment with her to see how they look in person. Thanks Max and can't wait to meet you. I stopped in to tour the property and let Max, the Property Manager know that I was looking for a one bedroom. But first I have to say when I walked in ,I was greeted so warmly that I felt at home. She showed me around but due to it being on the the first floor I decided not to least. However, Max was well dressed, very professional and very knowledgeable in answering my questions. But truely, if it wasn't where the unit was located, I would have leased with Max due to her customer service.

I recently had an unusual maintenance request arise when my car battery unexpectedly died, leaving me stranded on the fourth floor of my building. With maintenance off-duty that day, I wasn't sure what to do until Lauren, our incredible assistant property manager, stepped in. Lauren's swift response was nothing short of impressive. Within moments of my call, she assured me that help was on the way. True to her word, Lauren arrived promptly and was ready to assist me with jump-starting my car. Her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond her usual duties truly stood out. Despite it not being a typical request, Lauren handled the situation with grace and efficiency, ensuring that I was back on the road in no time. This experience speaks volumes about Lauren's dedication to her role as assistant property manager. Her proactive approach and genuine concern for residents' well-being make her an invaluable asset to our community. Thank you, Lauren, for your exceptional service and unwavering commitment to ensuring our needs are met promptly and with a smile. You are a true gem!

Jason, Lauren, and Brian are a great team! I was interested in a loft style apartment this past summer and Jason made sure to keep me updated on when one became available. He called exactly when he said he would! I can tell he really cares about the residents and the property. Lauren helped me with the move-in process and made my move-in day work smoothly. She and Jason have checked in to make sure everything in my unit is up to code and make any repairs needed. I appreciate their kindness and urgency to make me feel comfortable in my new home. The complex is clean and quiet and I love that Piedmont Park is my backyard! My neighbors are nice as well. If you’re on the fence go ahead and jump because Jason and Lauren will make it worth your while!

Made a cross country move to Atlanta recently. My experience with MAA Piedmont (specifically Lauren Butler) from initial communication to finally making the decision to secure an apartment was seamless. Lauren is extremely transparent, communicative, and trustworthy. Every step of the way was handled with professionalism and grace. Would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the area!

I have been living at this MAA location for about 6 months now and absolutely love everything about it from location to resident/community events. Jason Arnold and Lauren Butler in leasing are the best in all ways as well! They are always so quick to respond when I reach out about anything which is so helpful. And just to add they’re very friendly to everyone in our MAA community which is top tier considering I’ve had rude leasing people in past apartments.

excellent location with piedmont park access. 5/5 parking situation 5/5 our apartment had an industrial aesthetic, finish of paint is 1/5 but overall apartment vibe 3/5 . ***** management will charge you for every last crumb when you move out yet will hand you keys to a dirty apartment upon move in. Happened to me and my partner. *****

Lived here for a year, only left to relocate for work. Jason and Maxine are excellent. They’re honest, quick to communicate, and take steps to improve the community. If something goes wrong, they by and large make it right. Steve with maintenance is great. He is busy because there’s a ton of units and the buildings are old, but he fixes everything quickly and is friendly and informative. From a property management standpoint, best experience I’ve ever had. Pros: You can walk everywhere, the apartments are gorgeous, and I never once felt unsafe in the community. Proximity to night life, the park, the belt line, and a quiet residential streets to walk the dog around when the park is crowded give you a ton of advantages for a walkable life. The craftsmanship in the remodels great. If you’ve ever lived in a poorly renovated old building, you know how important it is for the reno to be done right. They do it right. Neighbors are friendly and (at least mine were) quiet. Secure parking and they’re great with guest parking during the day and overnight passes on short notice. The courtyard/patio area is really cool and never crowded. Cons: You’re in the middle of one of the busiest parts of the city. Traffic can be horrendous, events can make the building inaccessible by car, and you will likely hear the bars and the fire trucks late at night some times. To their credit, they were up front about all of this during our tour. Our window overlooked the parking lot behind flying biscuit. That lot is problematic. People seem to go there late at night after going out to having screaming matches and physically fight. This happened nearly every weekend. Nothing the complex can do because it’s not their property, they may not even be aware, but it was the only truly unpleasant thing that we were not expecting at all. Overall, a great experience. Any issues I had were issues you’ll get living pretty much anywhere in midtown, and I recommend this complex often to my friends looking to move closer into town. Expensive, but that’s midtown, this is great value if midtown is where you want to be.
